Saratoga Headshot Company
SMS Terms of Use
Effective and last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms describe the rules for any optional text-message program offered by Saratoga Headshot Company by SaratogaSprings.io. They apply only when you separately and expressly opt in to a program.
1. Program status and message types
Our headshot inquiry page offers separate, optional SMS choices. We record the consent choices and wording you agree to with your request. No automated text-sending service is connected yet. An unsuccessful submission does not record consent or enroll you. Publishing these terms does not activate a messaging service.
Messages include promotional offers, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, session details, rescheduling notices, cancellation updates, and customer support notifications for opted-in clients.
Promotional offers require marketing consent. Booking confirmations, appointment reminders, session details, rescheduling notices, cancellation updates and customer support notifications require informational consent. Only the message category you expressly choose is authorized.
2. Express consent and eligibility
To enroll, you must be at least 18, be the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and affirmatively agree through the program’s designated opt-in process. Enrollment must clearly disclose whether automated or recurring messages are used and link to these terms and our privacy policy.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Providing a phone number in an inquiry, booking a session, or having your details appear in a business directory is not consent to marketing texts. Marketing and service-message choices must be presented separately, without preselected consent boxes. You may contact us or book without opting in to SMS.
3. Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies with your inquiries and appointments. Any promotional program will disclose its anticipated frequency at enrollment. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received under your wireless plan. Check with your carrier for details.
4. Opt out or revoke consent
For an active SMS program, reply STOP to the number that sent the message to unsubscribe. You may also use a reasonable alternative method, including emailing louis@saratogasprings.io with the number you want removed and your request to stop texts. Standard keywords such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT and UNSUBSCRIBE will also be treated as opt-out requests.
We will honor revocation as soon as practicable and no later than the applicable legal deadline. You may receive one non-promotional confirmation of your request; no further program texts will be sent unless you separately opt in again. Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment or prevent necessary communication by another permitted method.
5. Help and customer support
For an active program, reply HELP to the sending number for assistance, or email louis@saratogasprings.io. Include enough information for us to locate the subscription, but do not send sensitive personal information by text.
6. Delivery and phone-number changes
Texts depend on your carrier, device and network availability. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on SMS for emergencies or time-critical notices.
If you change, transfer or stop using your number, opt out before the change and notify us so messages do not go to a new subscriber. Supported carriers and any geographic restrictions will be disclosed when the program is offered.
7. Privacy and mobile information
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process limited information on our behalf to deliver and support the program, subject to the privacy policy and applicable law.
8. Changes and your rights
We may modify or discontinue a program and update these terms. Material changes will be communicated where required, and new consent will be obtained when required. Updates do not retroactively expand your consent. Nothing in these terms waives rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
