How many attendees can you photograph?

Roughly 20–30 people an hour at a steady pace, with each person reviewing their shot on-screen before they leave. For larger conventions we plan the schedule and staffing around your program.

What space and power do you need?

About a 10 x 10 foot area with access to a standard outlet. We bring the backdrop, lighting, review screen and everything else, and arrive early to set up before doors open.

Can our sponsor or association be credited?

Yes. Custom backdrops, branded delivery pages and sponsor signage at the lounge are all common — the headshot lounge is an easy activation to sell to a sponsor.

How fast are the finished portraits delivered?

Retouched, final portraits are delivered within 48 hours — in web and print sizes for LinkedIn, firm bios, directories, speaking pages, press releases and published books.

Who owns the rights to the headshots?

You do. Clients own their image rights, so portraits can be used and updated wherever your people appear without asking permission.

A consistent look across your whole organization. Matching lighting, framing and backgrounds for teams of any size, so every bio page feels unified.

Small teams of 9 or fewer are $125 per person; teams of 10 or more are $95 per person. Both include 6 months of free headshots for new hires, with a $100 on-location setup fee for insurance, within 25 miles of Saratoga Springs. On-location team sessions have a $395 minimum (setup fee included), so 1–2 person office sessions are $395.

We arrive early, set up a complete studio with backdrop and lighting in your assigned space, and photograph attendees continuously through the day with on-screen review so nobody leaves unsure. Volume is matched to your schedule, from a 90-minute reception to a multi-day convention.

Sponsor branding, custom backdrops, on-site delivery and speaker portrait sessions can all be added. Based in Saratoga Springs, with 30 years photographing people behind the camera.
